<p>It is not only visible but your armpit does sweat. Sometimes, it can be quite embarrassing if you are out for meeting because of the excessive amount of sweat under your arms. Hence, you don&#8217;t want to raise your arms causing it to sweat more.</p>
<p>Once you reach a certain level of body temperature, you start to sweat in order to cool your body. It is only natural. However, for those who have more than average armpit sweats may need something to absorb them. Have you heard of under arm sweat pads?</p>
<h2>Sweat Absorbing Pads</h2>
<p>Underarm sweating absorbing pads are self-adhesive and can be purchased with different sizes, shapes and colors. Colors are available from white to skin tones. Since the material is  soft cotton, it can stick to inside of your shirts without irritating your sensitive underarm skin.</p>
<p>The underarm sweat absorbing pads are very useful for your daily activities. The pads protect you from having smells and bacteria as well as staining your shirts. Remember the pads are disposable and cannot be used more than once because of the bacteria.</p>
<h2><strong>Alternatives</strong></h2>
<p>-Using armpit absorbent pads are not the only way to</p>
<p>-Deodorant, Antiperspirants, Talcum Powder are also available. I often    used  baby powder, gets messy.</p>
<p>-Shave or wax your armpits. This helps you to eliminate bacteria which causes unpleasant smells.</p>
<p>-Exfoliate armpits gently with pumice during a shower to get rid of dead skin cells.</p>
<p>-Exercise and manage your weight. The heavier you are, the harder your body to cool you down. Therefore, you may have very unpleasant smells around you.</p>
<p>-Eating. What you eat will affect what your body releases. Avoid too spicy or salty foods.</p>
