I have used Peppermint Halo since I was 15, It has more uses besides migraine relief. I use it when I have sinus congestion, as well when I have bronchitis I put it in hot water and breath it in, I find that it helps break up all the congestion in your lungs/bronchial tubes. It is a very pleasant smell of peppermint so you never have to worry about the normal medicinal smell.
For people suffering with migraines assure me you will not use any more medication.
