In order to have nice looking thin eyebrows, people use eyebrow cosmetic tools. However, almost every woman and man who pluck eyebrows has had at least one accident resulting in oddly shapes. Styling eyebrows perfectly can be challenging, but it can be easy by using shaping stencils when plucking and shaping the brows.
Styling Eyebrows
Eyebrow stencils are made of plastic that is soft enough to wrap around your brow bone but hard enough to hold its shape. When styling eyebrows, you place the stencil over your brows to protect hair you do not want to pluck.
Stencils can be cleaned with warm soapy water, followed by a quick rinse. And it is important that you clean your eyebrow stencil every time you use it to prevent transferring oils and bacteria back to your face.
Eyebrow Enhancer
You can buy 4-packs or 12-packs of eyebrow stencils in various shapes at affordable prices. If you are looking for a special look for a special occasion, you can choose from literally hundreds of shapes and sizes of the eyebrow stencils to build up your personal collection. There are many stencils currently available online. Styling eyebrows like an eyebrow expert is no longer difficult.

Finding a suitable hair removal method can be challenging. We can wax, thread, tweeze, hair removal creams, or lazor hair removal. Some are painful, while others are irritating to the skin. There are now, new hair removal gadgets coming out (like EpiStick), that are advertised to be affordable, fast and easy to remove unwanted facial hair.
EpiStick: Safe Alternative for facial hair removal
The Epistick is a safe alternative. It’s a small-coiled spring you bend into a U. Place it on your skin and twist the two ends in opposite directions.
Tiny hairs get caught between the coils of the spring. The tightening of the Epistick pulls them out. Since you are pulling more than one hair at a time, it may hurt, but it only hurts for a moment and there is no risk of damaging the skin in ways that leave a permanent dark spot.
Painless hair removal
The longer the hair, the more it will hurt to remove it. If you have an exceptionally long hair to tweeze, then it is a good idea to trim it a little first.
The Epistick is a little unwieldy for use between the eyebrows, and there is no practical way a man would be able to use it inside his ears. For other areas of the face occupied by hair, however, the Epistick is imminently practical.
Easier Than Threading
The Epistick works on the same principle as threading, but covers a wider portion of facial skin at one time. It gets more hairs at once so it may be just a little more painful, but you’ll get the job done sooner and the pain will be over.
One word of caution, avoid using the Epistick, or any other facial hair removal system just before you are scheduled to go out. Any facial hair removal method can leave a little redness that can take a couple of hours, to a day to fade.

When women reach the age of 40, the look of beauty transitions from the “youthful” beauty, to “wise & gorgeous” beauty. Some women find this transition a challenge, and begin focusing on their flaws and not seeing it for the real beauty that it is.
Here are a few beauty gadgets that have been popularly said to help mature women, maintain the beauty they’ve always had, and never lost.
Diamond-Tipped Microdermabrasion System
Microdermabrasion is a skin peel you can do at home without visiting the aesthetician’s office. It’s a process removes a thin layer of skin to remove blemishes, age spots, enlarged pores, and scars. Diamond-tipped microdermabrasion is a simple system that works a little like a magic wand. Point the wand at the skin you want to treat, and a fine spray of high-energy particles exfoliates the top layer of dead skin.

The Misting Pore Cleanser
The misting pore cleanser is a wand that forces warm water into pores to remove oily sebum and bacteria. It won’t remove whiteheads, since they are capped with skin. But it will stop whiteheads and blackheads from forming in the first place. It allows you to counteract any effects of hot water exposure so you can stop acne without drying out your skin.

Phototherapy Hairbrush
You might be skeptical about a phototherapy hairbrush if you have never seen one before. As you “brush” your hair, the phototherapy hairbrush sends out a low-power laser light to the skin of your scalp. This light “jostles” the connections between hair follicles and the capillaries that provide them with blood. It stimulates growth of the hair follicles that will improve the appearance of your hair in 3 to 4 weeks.

Volume Enhancing Hair Straightener
Of course, there are times the look you want for your hair isn’t just about curls. It’s also out looking fuller and thicker. To get the same kind of result you get at your beauty shop, get the Volume Enhancing Hair Straightener. It separates each strand so your hair looks fuller, thicker, and more lustrous, without excessive heat and without bristles that can pull out your hair.

The problem with using hair tweezers is that they can hurt. It is easy to nick, scratch, or pull skin so that you don’t look better, you look worse! The battery-operated Emjoi AP-9T Tweeze Tweezer is a pain-free battery-operated tweezer that is easy to carry so you can keep it with you all the time.
Hair Tweeze with Emjoi
While regular plucking of hairs hurt, Emjoi advertises to only give a slight pinch, or tickle as it removes the hair. It’s pain-free, and most importantly, it does not nick or scratch the skin. The only downfall of this hair tweezer is that it might not be able to catch the fine hairs.

Minimize appearance of red bumps on skin
Another problem with tweezing is that plucking hair sometimes leaves little red bumps behind. This problem isn’t due to the tweezer, no matter what the brand. It’s actually due to a hair getting bent backwards as it tries to emerge from the follicle. This happens when the skin is too tough to let the hair emerge naturally—not due to tweezing.
The first line of defense against tiny red bumps left behind on your skin after you tweeze is to gently exfoliate daily, and moisturize. A gentle exfoliation once a day (I.e. when you shower), helps stops the skin from growing tougher. Moisturizing your skin also helps to keep it more flexible, making it easier to hairs to come out straight. That way they are easier to remove with any kind of tweezer, especially the Emjoi Tweeze Tweezer.

The laser light of the Hairbelle is a safe and gentle treatment for this kind of hair loss that gets measurable results. Hairbelle can be used to help treat damaged hair, and re-grow hair back to be strong and healthy hair. This hair re-growth brush is a home beauty appliance designed for just these inevitable occurrences.
How hair re-growth works with Hairbelle
The Hairbelle is a comb with a low-energy laser inside. You run the Hairbelle through your hair—or over your scalp, if you don’t have hair—and it provides just enough energy to penetrate the first few layers of skin cells to reach down to the tiny blood vessels below.
The laser light offers just enough energy to encourage circulation without damaging healthy tissue. Your hair follicles receive more oxygen and nutrients as more waste products are carried away, and you see visible results in the luster and strength of your hair in just a few weeks.
Hair re-growth benefits with Hairbelle
The people who benefit most from the Hairbelle are women who have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome), men in the earliest stages of baldness, and anyone suffering from alopecia areata, or hair loss—although reversing alopecia areata cannot be guaranteed. Consistent use of the Hairbelle according to manufacturer’s directions is completely safe, and will usually result in the arrival of tiny, visible hairs, along with stronger existing hair, in just weeks.

From the Japanese company, Mastunaga, comes a new gadget to keep awake: the Wink Glasses. A pair of lightweight, stylish looking glasses meant to help you stay awake. It is paired with a “wink sensor”, a detachable sheet of transparent liquid crystal sensor that fogs up when it senses no eye “winking” movement.

Gadget Keep Awake: Wink Glasses
Wink Glasses: how do they work?
On average, an adult male blinks three times in a second, while women average almost two blinks every four seconds. Wink Glasses is a gadget that gives a leeway of 5 seconds, if it detects no eye movement (which would constitute to a person day dreaming, or about to doze off), the glasses will begin to cloud one eye. Fogging the vision of one side of the glasses is said to stimulate the brain, to wake you up. The moment it senses eye movement it will revert back to its transparent state.
Wink Glasses are USB powered, but are also able to function wirelessly up to 8 hours. The “wink sensor” can be attached to your prescription glasses.
